User Agreement

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account, accessing, or using Dynaris AI services (the “Service” or “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Dynaris AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Dynaris AI is an AI-powered digital workforce platform offering:

  • Agent Design: Create and deploy custom AI agents tailored to your business needs.

  • Workflow Orchestration: Automate and manage workflows across multiple apps.

  • App Integrations: Connect with 400+ tools via Composio (Gmail, Slack, Jira, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Drive, Notion, etc.).

  • Data Sources: Integrate Google Drive, GitHub, and other repositories.

  • Deployment Management: Deploy, monitor, and analyze AI agents.

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

3.1 Account Creation

To use Dynaris AI, you must register and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your name, email, organization, password, and billing details.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us of unauthorized access immediately.

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violating these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy

  • Fraud, abuse, or illegal activities

  • Failed or expired payments

  • Inactivity exceeding 12 months on free plans

  • Legal or compliance reasons

4. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND BILLING

4.1 Plans Overview Dynaris AI provides a scalable pricing framework designed for both individual innovators and enterprise teams. Each plan offers defined token, credit, and web-search allowances, with the flexibility to expand through add-ons and overage billing.

All plans include access to Dynaris AI’s automation platform, tool integrations, and knowledge systems, with higher tiers unlocking enhanced performance, servers, and support options.

  • Free Plan — Ideal for exploration and testing. Includes basic tokens, credits, and storage with community support.

  • Starter Plan — Suited for small teams beginning automation workflows. Provides more tokens, credits, and searches, with optional server add-ons.

  • Pro Plan — Designed for professional users and growing organizations. Adds multiple servers, higher usage limits, and priority support.

  • Enterprise Plan — Fully customizable for large-scale deployments. Offers dedicated infrastructure, 25+ servers, custom SLAs, compliance features, and on-premise options.

4.2 Payment and Billing

  • Accepted Methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex; ACH/Wire for Enterprise.

  • Billing Cycle: Monthly on signup date; annual plans prepaid (2 months free).

  • Refund Policy: 7-day money-back guarantee; 30-day pro-rated refund for annual plans.

  • Overage Billing: Charged monthly in arrears with usage alerts at 80 % and 100 %.

  • Invoices & Reports: Available in dashboard with PDF export and tax details.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal date.

4.4 Refund Policy

  • Monthly: No refunds for partial months.

  • Annual: Pro-rated refunds within 30 days of purchase.

  • Enterprise: Custom refund terms per contract.

4.5 Price Changes

We may update pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use implies acceptance.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree not to use Dynaris AI to:

  • Violate laws or third-party rights.

  • Infringe on intellectual property.

  • Upload malware or malicious code.

  • Engage in fraud, phishing, or spam.

  • Reverse engineer or abuse system APIs.

  • Create or deploy agents that violate external service terms.

  • Harass, threaten, or harm others.

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

6. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

Dynaris AI integrates with 400+ tools (e.g., Jira, Slack, Salesforce, Notion, Shopify).
Use of these integrations is governed by each provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
We are not responsible for third-party availability, data loss, or API changes.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights, title, and interest in Dynaris AI—including software, algorithms, content, and branding—belong to Dynaris AI.
Users retain ownership of their data, workflows, and configurations.
Feedback and suggestions may be used freely by Dynaris AI without obligation.

8. Security and Compliance

Dynaris AI follows enterprise-grade security and international compliance frameworks:

Infrastructure Security

  • Hosted on AWS (ECS Fargate / VPC) with network isolation and 24 × 7 monitoring.

  • Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).

  • Secrets and keys stored in AWS KMS.

Data Protection

  • GDPR / CCPA aligned data handling and deletion policies.

  • Optional data residency for Enterprise tenants (EU / US / APAC).

  • SSO via OAuth 2.0 and SAML 2.0.

Access Control

  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and audit logging for all user actions.

  • Least-privilege principle for system administration.

Compliance and Certifications

  • SOC 2 Type II in progress; ISO 27001 mapped.

  • Annual penetration testing and vulnerability audits.

Incident Response

  • Continuous threat monitoring and automated alerting.

  • 24 / 7 security operations center for Enterprise plans.

9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND SUPPORT

  • Uptime: 99.9% target availability.

  • Maintenance: Prior notice given 48 hours in advance when possible.

  • Support by Tier: Enterprise - 24/7 dedicated

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Dynaris AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or loss of profits.
Total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

  • Amount paid in the last 12 months, or

  • $100 USD.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with no warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dynaris AI and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. TERMINATION

  • By You: Cancel anytime via dashboard or support@dynaris.ai.

  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate for breach, fraud, or non-payment.
    Upon termination, access ceases immediately; data can be exported within 30 days.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except IP or small-claims cases.
Class actions are expressly waived.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update Terms periodically. Significant changes are communicated at least 30 days prior to effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the complete agreement.

  • Severability: Invalid provisions are limited to minimum extent necessary.

  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce rights does not waive them.

  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without consent.

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures beyond our control.
